Hi all
I have drafted a NOTICE designed specifically for court matters that do not involve damage or injury to a human being or property.
This is not the NOTICE of UNDERSTANDING AND AVERMENT OF I AM mentioned here the other day.
I am asking if there is anyone in Ontario who has a first court appearance regarding any charge or charges that does not involve injury or damage to a human being or property and who would like to make use of this NOTICE?
I
will attend to that appearance with you and make delivery of the notice my self to the prosecutor.
