This is my response to an email I received. The sender was sharing his opinions of certain entities (false Christians) that have labelled those not member’s of their club as pagans, non-Christians, etc………….and I gather that he is also saying he is a true Christian. This is not shared here with the intent of expressing disrespect for the sender.

I am aware of the claims, accurate or not, regarding what THEY done, but it is they too who claim to be Christians…..Pope and presidents who send men to kill other men etc………..

I am aware of everything else you shared here and a token is a counterfeit in that it is not the actual money or payment. Take a bus token, it is counterfeit in that it is not the money to pay for the ride but proof money was already paid for the ride so that upon presentment, the one presenting it gets the ride. The token is evidence of payment or that payment was made with what is considered money, but is not the real what they say is money and therefore is counterfeit. Counterfeit does not mean bad or illegal…….

Not sure how you came to the determination based on my email to you yesterday that I do not know about BC and SOB’s as that was never raised but I am well aware what the BC is. I met face to face with Judy Hartman (former deputy registrar general) May 2004 and she told us what it is………

Further, it is stated clearly in the Vital Statistics Act that the name on BC’s is NAME OF THE CHILD. So, what most folks don’t get is that identification of self by that name means, I am a child regardless of age and if over 18 is evidence of incompetence and is why the state then assumes the role of parent or guardian (jurisdiction under the doctrine of parens patriae).

As acknowledged under section 26 of the Charter of Rights and Freedoms there are other rights that exist in Canada, the deadly one which is, everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law. God is not a respecter of persons nor should we be.

So, there is the issue of incompetence, failing to declare or make known competence and, the right to not enter into recognition (recognizance) everywhere as a child or person, or legal person or juridical personality before the law.

If one does not assert that choice in a manner that is binding on Her Majesty’s servants (right means not obligation) they, the crown ,lawyers, will apply the default which is, they will recognize your human body everywhere as a child, incompetent, person or legal person or juridical personality. God is no respecter of persons and as per Galatians 4, the time appointed by the Father is when you (we) wake up as the appointee, at which point, one is then a son of God and no more a child under the tutelage or guardianship of the worldly governors…..

It is the name JOHN SMITH that is or may be charged and property is registered in the name SMITH, JOHN. Go contract to buy a car and the contract has JOHN SMITH as the purchaser (legal person) and the title registered in the name SMITH, JOHN (legal person). That is how and why the state holds titles to all property and thus has the corresponding liability, obligation to pay. Both names are derived from a registration in the office of the ORG and have nothing and everything to do with me. Psalms 118-8.

A game is, especially in court or a roadside stop, and they get away with it because we have been or are incompetent sons of God, thus children of men, to float the name JOHN SMITH and see what we do. If we not express and assert the truth, that is how they get our credit. But, once the truth is expressed and asserted, if they proceed, it is credit fraud and they will no go there because they know the game. They have and do rely on our incompetence is what it comes down to.

The long and short of it is my name is not found in or recognized in law, but, I also have the right to use any name I so choose so long as not for fraud, and if it be used in or presented to the publick for commercial, business type purposes, it is recognized in law as a legal name, person derived from me. Not good for me. So the name my body is recognized by is by my choice, private, not used for commercial purposes or public matters and contains no surname whatsoever.

I have taken the road you and XXXX seem to be on and like a judge made abundantly clear to my friend in court as he tried to help my friend, he said, and this applies to all servants of Her Majesty, ‘I need something that binds me’, and our beliefs and opinions and saying I am a christian or they are pagans etc, are not binding on them. Not one iota, been there done that.

Further, it is not what they done or did not do one should focus his energy on, it is what we do and do not do. Until one comes to that and other of the fore said things, noting will change for people.

So I am not disputing anything you wrote, what I am saying is, it is the truth that sets us free and even though what you wrote may be 100% accurate, it is not, in my mind, the truth that sets us free.

I have a document that is based on a document I drafted and used in 2009 that have the desired effect, that if presented to a prosecutor, you will be set free of involvement in a court matter. Why? Because it presents the truth of their game and contains nothing like you wrote here. They are doing today exactly the same as they did during the time of Jesus, so goes the story, when he overturned the tables. Buying and selling the souls of men and it is man that allows it because he has not yet awakened to his true divine self-hood. In that sense we are pagans, incompetent sons of God, thus considered children of the state, incompetent, and that is what they act upon.

Point out to them that the name on the BC, as per the Vital Statistics Act, is in fact ‘name of child’ and let them know you are a competent adult human being, and things will change for you right then and there because the fact is, as I have met you, you are an adult human being but you have to let them know you know to void the default you are a child  or person or incompetent. That is, but not limited to, what I mean ‘is binding on them’.

They cannot after that stick any name derived of any registration to the human body you occupy because they are all ‘name of child’. I gather you are aware you are not the body any more than the man driving a car is the car?

It is also how we can use the BC and stick the liability to them.

You see now that if one was to say, yes that is my name on the BC he is saying, I am a child and children need parents. If an adult says, but not limited to, yup that is my name or does not address the presumption it is his name immediately, that adult by his silence, his law, is giving evidence against himself that he is incompetent.

When they issue birth certificate it was to your parents while you were a child under their care and control until 18 legally. If you look on birth registration document for British Columbia it says right on its face, this is a permanent record of the birth of your child and the child’s legal name. It is meant to apply to a child who is and while he is a child under the care and control of mom and dad. It is not meant to be applied to an adult, one who has gone from being a child under care and control of mom and dad to an adult which occurs legally at the age of 18.

In other words, the day we turned 18 is the day legally we became an adult but we used the BC as, but not limited to, personal identification and thus said, I am a child but in fact are saying, ‘I have no clue who I am and I am incompetent’.

Saying I am a christian man or pointing out pagan activity is not binding on or going to bind Her Majesty’s servants.

So what you shared is interesting but is not binding on Her Majesty’s servants, the truth of what matters to them is. They just need to hear it from you that you know.

Have you accepted a right or privilege conferred by or on behalf of Her Majesty, e.g., have you a driver license? If so, that is evidence of an incompetent son of God thus not a son of God but a child. Are you a citizen of Canada when asked if you are? Further evidence of same incompetence.

I appreciate you sharing your views and i hope you see sense in what I shared.

For you reading this post, I will be posting information about a Notice titled, NOTICE OF UNDERSTANDING AND AVERMENT OF I AM, either Wednesday or Thursday this week. It is to do what is said here has to be done.

I share this link and recommend everyone read it. It either resonates or not in that as much as one can believe what he reads in the bible or acquires from third parties, maybe he can believe that Christ speaks to us through his letters posted at this link. But, if one already knows everything, or is sure of the accuracy of what he knows, his mind is surely closed.

Thank you for sharing your perspective but keep in mind, it is based on what you know and nothing I have said, meaning, you know where you are coming from but not where I am coming from.

Sure you read the posts but beyond that is the bigger picture that I have yet to make available.

To answer your question what rights and privileges do we have, I never said we do, I referenced such things (term) conferred by or on behalf of Her Majesty but at the same time acknowledging her as an artificial entity and therefore, having nothing to do with me or other living entities. Such are limitations on the, for lack of a better word, rights we are born with.

Therefore, so we are on a similar page, the rights, for lack of a better word, are those conferred on us equally by God free of charge and are the ones I am born with and that I believe all are born with. If somehow that implies separation, so be it.

We do have the ability to choose, for lack of a better word, the right/freedom, to choose to go to the moon or not go to the moon or to travel free of license or under license. To each his own. The word right as I use it and have shared in a post, means under no obligation.

Forgive my choice of words here but they seem to make the point hit home.

It was also posted to the blog that I am not relying on human rights documents or recommending such but that such are binding on the signatories, for or against human beings, therefore, no rights are extended to me by such.

Having said that, as it is published that everyone has the right to recognition everywhere as a person before the law, if one not for example, waive that right or make known his choice, right, to not enter into recognition as a legal person or juridical personality before the law, the law, the crown, the lawyers, have and do impose the said right as published in the human rights documents because that is where THEY get the right to term, declare, recognize, designate us as a legal person in absence of us indicating no to such recognition. And no on its own is not enough, or has not been enough, not binding. When we see where they get that right we see how we can bind them to our no to the said right.

Men may believe they have the right, choice to make love with a woman and proceed as if she wants it, but if she say no, no means no and if the man carry on to have intercourse it is called rape.

If she not say no prior to intercourse but did not want to have intercourse, it is harder for her to later claim that she did not want to have intercourse to establish rape, therefore, if she does not want to have intercourse it would be for her good to say no.

So we see the silence of the woman leads to, she gets fucked, whereas, if she say no and the man proceeds, he is fucked. hahaha!

So as much as one cannot force another to do or not to do, there may be consequences for doing or not doing.

I hope this clarifies the purpose of the human rights documents. They use it to fuck us unless we say no.

If you want to be free of being governed, debt, credit fraud, charges, being held liable to pay, the aforementioned NOTICE will accomplish that for you.

What follows only covers the credit fraud aspect of the said NOTICE. Here is a a teeny weeny portion of what credit fraud is.

I wrote to a County staff debt collector in 2009 regarding a traffic fine. I met with him face to face with good intentions and birth certificate in hand. He wrote back approx 5 weeks later saying he was going to carry on to collect the debt and so this is the follow up. Pay attention to what is going on here keeping in mind you are the credit and they get it from us through the BC name or a name derived of it.

Since the court issued the judgement, created the debt under the authority of the legislature, would it not make sense Ross that the court or the legislature is the debtor? I mean, if someone other than you Ross creates a debt, who but the creator is responsible? It is one thing for you to charge your credit account Ross and quite another that someone else does absent your authority; therefore, NOT MY DEBT.

 I ended that letter with this, Be advised that if anything you do affects me or my purpose one iota, criminal charges will be filed.

Although the above is not the entirety of it the letter, I have not heard a word about the debt since sending a letter to Ross by fax.

Now it is what is learned from that event that is the basis of how they get our credit. Our credit, not their credit and they, the governments, know it.

Mockery of Thyself

Many have claimed themselves to be a son of or child of God. With this I agree but the question is, are you a competent son or child of God? I would say if one has obtained a right or privilege conferred by or on behalf of Her Majesty or indicates himself to be or acts like a Canadian citizen that the answer is no.

Would God the source of all do such and if not why would a son of God do so except he knows not what it is to be such a son.

Would a son of God follow the rules of artificial entities to free himself of rule from such entities? I think not and that the act of doing so is a sign of an incompetent son of God thus not really a son of God or at best, an incompetent son of God. How can God as Jesus said know you if you know not God. To know of God is one thing but to trust in God is another.

Let the dead do business with the dead and if anyone is connected with the dead, following orders or obeying orders from artificial entities, can he be a living son of God? We see that words not backed by action are meaningless and one is fooling himself into some sort of false sense of security.

Gee, if i do not do as they say they will come and arrest me and I will end up in jail. So do as you must to not go to jail but do not also claim to be a competent son of God. The avoidance of jail by satisfying the wants of an artificial entity is not taking a stand for God in any way shape or form in my mind. Compliance with the will of the artificial is compliance with the will of the artificial. Simple as that.

Often BVR has been summoned to court and not very often have I appeared. If they are gong to arrest me so be it but I’d rather that then cave into the will of the artificial to keep my heavenly ass out of jail and later claim it was forced upon me or not voluntary. Sometimes we may need to face trials and tribulations like them or not as that may be part of the journey to break free of the will of the artificial and if one is not prepared to face the trials and tribulations one is not ready to be free.

Jesus said, if you save your life you shall loose it. Perhaps he meant something like this, If you save your life – from the artificial, do as they say, you shall loose your life, soul and freedom to the artificial. Ask anyone who gave in to the will of the artificial. Not an easy journey I know but no one said it would be and if one is not fully prepared at any cost to not obey or follow the artificial he is not ready to be free.

So it is easy to say I am a son of or a child of God but it by no means makes it so. Jesus knew who he is, resisted not evil, and stood up for who he is to the death of who he is not and received everlasting life.

One last note I find interesting. From the Lords Prayer, “lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil”.

With it in mind what Jesus said, the kingdom of God is within you and that he, you, and the Father are one, who it is that leads one into temptation and if one is asking for delivery from evil one must be in evil. Some will say the evil is out there but I say the evil is the devil inside.

Sure we can label the usurer (tempter) and blame government and money but no one said anyone must make use of such things.

Further to the post Good Vibrations and the Minister of Transportation re, Driver License and the suspension of it.

As of this date it has the desired effect. No more calls to collect on the debt. In that letter I also asked for documentation that acknowledges my inherent right to travel free of license. As I was drafting that part of the letter I had a feeling no such document would be forthcoming and as of this date no such thing has been provided and I did make a second request recently. Thing is as far as I am concerned we do not need any such documentation.We already have it and it is the birth certificate. Think about had you never applied for a driver license, benefit of Her Majesty. What would you have to present on a roadside stop but the BC? I think the best they can do is flag the name of the child or juridical person.

What I do see happening is the government registered name is flagged. That name being the one on the BC and said license. When you think about it, how can an artificial entity provide human beings with such documentation when the right to travel and move about belongs to us from birth?

Now maybe is a good opportunity to touch on the term ‘human being’ as some folks take issue with its application to them. Speaking for me-self, I am not a human being, I occupy the human body. With that in mind I drafted this for the post Offer from Max,

Firstly, the T shirt distinguish human being from juridical or legal person. One is real the other fiction. Perhaps from the perspective of artificial entities humans are monsters. Do you remember as a child having dreams and thoughts of monsters and being afraid? I do. So the term Monster is something to be afraid of. Perhaps artificial entities fear humans in that if humans ever wake up they will stop serving and fearing artificial entities as has been the case. God is not a respecter of persons. Did Jesus not say, the kingdom of God is in you so who that God is but you. Secondly, the T shirt is worn by the body and speaks about the body, not you the spirit occupying it.

You may want to get that straight in your mind.

I hope that address’s those concerns.

Another point here to take note of may be this, why are we the living concerned with what artificial entities have to say about human beings? In other words, whatever is said in legal dictionaries (fiction), for the most part if not 100%, I care not.

To carry on then with the purpose of this post, it is my guy feeling that a lot of time has been spent to find a way out of the box via understanding of terms and words that apply to artificial entities and is why I think I will not get the documentation I requested from the Minister of Transportation, and the said minister is not the only one that is and represents the artificial. I say is because said minister is not a product of nature.

Another point of note is that in by communicating with the said minister regarding a debt debt collectors were calling about, I did not acknowledge that the debt collectors have any authority or business calling me. I did not engage them nor allow them to engage me. I went over their heads right to the source where remedy can actually be had. In other words, debt collectors, which includes lawyers, have not the authority to forgive for the party, authority, they represent. Why bother dealing with them rather than going to the top. In the case of driver license the top dog is the Minister of Transportation.

We go to the source of the authority which in the case of fines relating to driver licenses and suspensions of such licenses falls under the Highway Traffic Act which is overseen by the Minister of Transportation. I hope this helps you for the time being to see how other matters can be PROPERLY dealt with. For example, I rec’d a request for help regarding a bill for medical care. I suggested that party communicate with the Minister of Health in the stead of the issuer of the bill.

I hope this helps narrow down who one should communicate with regarding certain issues. Look at whatever issue you have and think about who is the top dog.

The above said, there are some good things happening that would free one of all matters in that all legal and all financial matters emanate from and apply to artificial entities one way or another as such entities can only deal with other artificial entities. They are not and have never been dealing with human beings. It is in our minds they are, hence the terms ‘free your mind’.

Remember this, the artificial need us and not the other way around. Artificial entities are obligated to us for that reason. If they kill us they kill themselves. But, so long as we believe or act to the contrary, those entities will continue to treat and target us as lesser than them, e.g. as debtors at the bottom end of the totem pole.

Furthermore, when I communicate with the office maned by an artificial entity, e.g. Minister, I communicate with the artificial and man, human being, filling the office of the artificial entity.

Hi Lovers

The time has come again that I ask for your assistance. As you know or ought to know, I do what i do full time. That is to say I have no income from any source let alone a regular income.

I have dedicated my life to helping to Build an Era of Love and Peace and to help the people to feel free again. I myself began this journey in ignorance of what love and peace is, that all are one, and in fact I was quite self centered and egotistical. But this journey of the last Eleven years has help me tremendously in terms of growth, spiritually and the greater knowing and appreciate that all are one, there is only THE ONE.

Any how, it is not often that I ask and I ask only for funding assistance when the funds available are at the point of there are no more funds and that point is just about here now. Being a former business man I know how to earn funds but the thought of such let alone doing so, does not generate good vibes knowing the cost and burdens that partaking in such puts on us one way some how. It also goes against what I have been preaching for quite some time and that is love and that love is, but not limited to, unconditional giving.

I am sure many of you know exactly what I mean and of the dilemma in desiring to give freely of your time and services but at the same time having financial obligations. This is why I do what I do as I know there is a way out of having to partake in money making/earning activity to live and get by and as I am not a quitter, i shall not quit until that objective is achieved or the body returned to the ground from which it arose.

Now my obligations are at a bare bones minimum and so this request for assistance is not about me but that I can carry on doing as i have and share the information. I guess I am asking, if you wish that I continue to do as i have and to have posts and sharing of thoughts and information from me continue, I need your help financially to keep the communication lines etc open. Any amount is better than nothing. My overhead is telephone, internet fees, food, fuel, and repairs.

This last year was a bit costly due dental fees which I am not asking be covered by others but that did drain resources. My fault for not taking the time to brush properly rather than read, research, and sit in front of this computer.The teeth for now seem to be okay though.

If you are in a position to help financially and care to, I would really appreciate to receive an email from you and I will send you the particulars how to get funds to me.

Now, as for the path to freedom from lack and need for money, finances, today documentation was sent that I have no doubt will bring that about but, the proof as you know is in the pudding. Yes we may have had such thoughts and beliefs previously but, this documentation sent today by mail is expanded on what i sent the Minister of Transportation and with far more meat since the correspondence I have sent this day was sent to that and other higher ups of Her Majesty’s servants.

It is two in one. One aspect addresses the recognition and the other the financials attributed to the name recognized in law (name of child/legal person) but that we have been performing on.

I will be happy to share that documentation but not before I am certain of the expected good results.

I know many of you are in a similar jar as I but this is why you/me/we do what we do right; to break free of limitation and constraints.

Truth, Reconcilliation and ?

You can search the Net to find out about the Truth and Reconciliation Commission so I won’t get into it much here but to say; the government screwed up (truth of damage caused), admitted it (opens the door for reconciliation).

Reconciliation comes in the form of money for the damages.

The third unmentioned aspect is the amount of the damages in dollars and cents. The truth aspect was admitted long ago but the hold up is the reconciliation which is a determination on a case by case basis of how much dollars and cents the damaged parties are going to get.

In relating this to what is happening to us, stuck in this financial and legal mirage world, some claim damages or suggest one can suit for damages. Before that can occur there has first to be Truth and then an admission of it. For example, yes we, the government, beat the man out of man and made him a person and extracted his energy and property and wealth.

Now before you get all sweaty thinking there may be some big pay day coming, think again, as that is not what this is about.

Let us say that the truth was admitted by the government that it did make persons out of men and did extract our energy, property and wealth.

That would be good eh? The end would be in sight in that we can be men again and enjoy the fruits of our energy, property and wealth. But, if one wants to be compensated for damages like those involved in the aforementioned Truth and Reconciliation thing, that is the bit that takes time and can drag on for weeks, months, even years.

There is another option that would end it immediately.

Any dibs on what that is?

It is this thing that is spoke of and read about and that some folks actually do; FORGIVENESS.

It is what Jesus taught and spoke of in many ways.

Point here is this, if one wants to be compensated for damages for the alleged wrongs imposed on him, that will delay full closure of the matter whereas if he forgives, that is closure. There are no assessments to calculate the amount of damages, no Court to order payment. No lawyers.

See, when I sent the letter mentioned in a post here to the Minister of Transportation, I accepted responsibility and therefore the thought of damages was non-existent and as shared, the debt collectors stopped calling. Had I laid blame or responsibility on the Minister or Ministry, I would say nothing would have changed and I’d still be slave to debt be I a man or a person.

When I forgave I was forgiving myself for my mistakes in judgement, e.g. I thought I was the name on a BC. I forgot I am a divine being and not subject to artificial persons.

When I forgave I freed myself right then and there, whereas, those involved in the Truth and Reconciliation thing are still bound because the matter is not closed. Their wanting compensation is what prevents closure and is holding up their lives and moving on.

So, if we relate this to wanting to be free of person-hood and debt and legal mumbo jumbo, and one accepts responsibility for his role in the cause and effect (reap what you sew), a claim for damages is non-existent in his heart and he can be a man who is free overnight. With freedom comes unlimited possibility.

So we can call it, Truth, Reconciliation and add in Forgiveness. What I am saying is this, the one thing that will in my experiences delay the government fessing up to its mistakes, really your mistakes, is the fear of what you want.

But if you ask for forgiveness, thus taking responsibility for your part in what you sewed (thought you were the name of child) and reaped (burdens), the government would have no such fear and the matter can close immediately. By asking that you be forgiven all negative energy and potential is let go and you have your freedom along with the truth that you are not a child and not a person or legal person blah blah.

In other words, the truth is on the table that you never had the liability for the name and will no more. Problem is many people seeking freedom and/or that gov to pick up the tab want to be compensated for their own stupidity and that causes delays; least of which is the terms of settlement.

If one accepts it was he who thought he was the name/person/driver/tenant/subject to the system/government etc, that it was he who signed up believing he had to, then he by asking for forgiveness is accepting responsibility for what he did, is not blaming the other guy = settlement and closure.

In short here, even if the government knows the truth, it fears what you will do if brought open to the table. The only way in my view for quick closure is for you to ask for forgiveness of the damages and debt you caused by your choices or ignorance or whatever you want to call it.

Take responsibility.

Some here may be thinking; Fuck no, they did this and they did that. Ask that I be forgiven, are you crazy.

The ‘they did this to me’ mindset is a demonstration of absolute incompetence in my view. That mind-set will extend the time it takes for you to free yourself.

Some are drafting lawsuits which consumes enormous amounts of time and are teaching others they to can sue. Some suggest the process takes weeks or months but that is because they claim they can and or intend to sue. The vibration is in you can there is no mocking God.

My one and first letter to the Minister of Transportation got immediate results and set the tone for future communications. I accepted responsibility and ask that the debt be forgiven and it was forgiven. Now how hard is that?

Not that one should but consider the ramification if a request for forgiveness is refused given what we know.

I guess I am saying, take what you know about the name and status and capacity and your rights and go forth taking responsibility. Yup, I did it; how asleep I was to who I am thinking I am that name there on that piece of paper – that I am subject to the whims of artificial entities; and ask for forgiveness.

Can you sense the resistance by pointing your fingers at they did this to me? Can you not sense why it is taking so long to bring closure?

Birth certificate

43.  (1)  A birth certificate shall contain the following particulars of the registration: 

(a) name of the child;

Do you see that? That informs you without doubt what the name on the BC is. It is not a legal name or corporation, it is name of the child and children as per Blacks 4th (person) are not considered persons.

It is not saying you are the child, but if you id yourself by the name or with a BC and remain silent on your true status, you are saying I am a child.

As such you are incompetent and you are a Ward under guardianship (parens patriae). Now read Galatians 4 for some understandings.

This is half the story for you to ponder; the other half will be posted in due time.

Based on a couple of comments regarding  previous post concerning the Minister of Transportation the point of that post was not made clear.

It was not limited to a driver license but the mind/heart-set to bring about results.

Calls from debt collectors concerning an $18,000.00 debt did cease, yes, but it was what caused that to occur that is the intended basis of that said post.

Acceptance and forgiveness and humbling thyself. With a change of inner vibration came a change in the outer world. I read often that people maintain the same old same old composure and yet somehow expect a different outcome. When I changed my composure the results were immediate and so therefore, the same new composure can be applied right across the board. That is not to close the door to further improvement of composure.

No statements or opinions were given in the communication to the said Minister. If you make statements the onus is on you to provide the proof that backs them; that are binding on whomever you are communicating with. In that letter to the Minister I asked that my capacity as a child of the earth and recipient of a BC be considered and that the debt be forgiven. I asked that i be provided with documentation that recognizes my right to use the highways but in hind-site I believe that to be the BC. The best they may be able to do is flag the name.

I did not draft the letter from the perspective that they screwed up or that I am owed or that I am the boss. In fact, I did not get into the legal name except to reference it. Before putting pen to paper it may be a good idea to ask oneself, what would love do now? What would love do in this situation. If the love you know is not ego type love you will see and feel whether or not it is genuine sincere love vibration or ego love.

I see people speak of love but there actions are not the kind of love i am speaking. They want control and yet do not want to be controlled. They are bound but cannot see they are bound because they bind those they say or think they love which to bind a love is not love. To not allow a love to make free choices or to live ones own life by his her own choices will reap one bondage but some are not yet aware of the relationship of who they are really and not making the connection in relation to what is going on in their lives; hence, they seek to change or control others but nothing improves.  And so that is what they shall reap upon themselves.If one not allow a love to be free then surely the letter one writes to government etc will have little or no effect. Not because of the Government, or CRA, etc etc etc but because of the author of the letters, the author of the vibration offered.

No Name

Your living entities

I know of three instances where people had success and the one common denominator is that none put a name on their correspondence.

Living entities are of the womb of a woman but the name on the BC is not; therefore that name is an artificial entity.

The only question then is who has the obligation to guarantee or indemnify the artificial entity? If you not offer over a name but reference only the artificial name, there is no way to say he gave us that name. To give a name is to make one of this world but we are not of this world. Did Jesus not say, I am not of this world?

Canada, Ontario, Her Majesty, the Crown, lawyer are artificial entities. How does a living entity communicate with an artificial entity. Why would a living entity seek remedy from an artificial entity is where I am at just plain dumb.

The key is to take yourself out of the equation leaving only the artificial entity, the legal name that is recognized in law and that is and emanates from an artificial entity as evidenced on the face of a BC. That is in essence what those 3 people I know did.

Soon as you put a name on a letter you draw them artificial entities to you. Any name is artificial. Is that what you are?

The artificial entity is recognized in law as an owner and other artificial personalities. The name is the real thing in law to which artificial personalities can be attached. They are never attached to or attachable to a living entity and artificial entities do not have jurisdiction over living entities. If such seem to be attached to you it is something you did that you go for the ride as if the artificial entity or as the guarantor or indemnifier. As far as I can tell the BC is evidence of an obligation of Her Majesty but not to you but the artificial entity identified on it.

This is sent as a reminder that we are divine beings, not human beings. Further that, Christ in his letters has this to say about the human consciousness; it is the cause of all crime in the world.

Would a divine being copyright or issue fee schedules? Set fees for unauthorized use of this or that?

I share this as short as it is to clarify; as much as has been shared on this blog about human rights and freedoms; perhaps one can see it from a higher divine perspective than to get to wrapped up in being a human.

If we are to elevate beyond our present circumstances we have to let go of the old mindsets. We must as Christ says, cease partaking in that what we do not want to see perpetuated.

I am reminded from within often: what would love do now?

Last but not least is the movie Troy. In it Apollo stood side by side with a king but he did not have allegiance to that king and was not subject to that king. The king however needed Apollo. He was his best man and all others were subjects of the king and therefore not as Men. My point here is that we are as free as that character represented and therefore it would not make sense to act as though the alleged kings of this world rule over us. It is a perspective thing and if anything, we just need to remind these so called earthly kings/authorities of that fact. But not in a manner that we appear to recognize or to submit to these authorities.

This thought helps me with my perspective, I acknowledge Life, Liberty and Security of God.

Under no circumstances did Apollo use anything of the kings to acquire or bring about his freedom; he was free and did nothing to suggest or that would compromise otherwise. A good movie to watch with an open mind if you wish to have an idea what is being said here.

As you know or should know, this blog is founded on the Minutes of the Meetings of the Standing Committee on Banking and Commerce. As discussed here recently are human rights and freedoms.

As per the Minutes of the Standing Committee Meetings on Banking and Commerce (found if one looks in the Parliamentary Library) testimony taken in 1939, all money/credit is borrowed into existence and the Parliament of Canada elected to give the power to create money to a private monopoly that charges un-payable interest. Furthermore, as is found in the evidence of those meetings, income taxes pays the interest to this usurer leading to national bankruptcy. From what I have read and understand Jesus was killed by these usurers (money changers). Regardless, there is no way for what should be obvious reasons I am going to support the usurer and partake in the further demise of this Nation and partake in the burdening of my fellow humans.

Furthermore for you lawyers (wolves in sheep’s clothing): In the fall of 2010 the Minister of Finance Canada did publish a request for suggestions regarding improving the banking system. As it is within the power of Parliament to change the rules regarding banking, and as the said Minister was petitioned by many including myself to take back the power to create money, but no such action taken, the lack of action speak volumes of the intent of the Parliament. In short, all those earning an income must, according your courts, the Canada Revenue Agency and lawyers, pay income taxes (to the usurer) because of the choice of the Parliament of Canada and this, in my view, constitutes forced slavery and servitude on us all which is, in my opinion, an absolute cold and calculated violation of human rights and freedoms.

Article 4.

• No one shall be held in slavery or servitude; slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.

I have at my disposal the said minutes obtained from and certified true copies of the originals by the Parliamentary Librarian.

Now, the question for you humans is this, what are you going to do? Wait for someone else to do this or get involved?

As I said, this site is founded on the above facts and yet over 16 months have passed and I am not aware of anyone dragging themselves away from the TV to take the initiative to help or organize anything that would result in change. We here did our part by sharing this information so please do not look to me to be the guy that takes this further (although I am privately and for those in PIF)  unless we here receive your support and funding.

What would you do?

Two Choices

What would you do?….you make the choice. Don’t look for a punch line, there isn’t one. Read it anyway. My question is: Would you have made the same choice?

At a fundraising dinner for a school that serves children with learning disabilities, the father of one of the students delivered a speech that would never be forgotten by all who attended. After extolling the school and its Dedicated staff, he offered a question:

‘When not interfered with by outside influences, everything nature does, is done with perfection. Yet my son, Shay, cannot learn things as other children do. He cannot understand things as other children do. Where is the natural order of things in my son?’

The audience was stilled by the query.

The father continued. ‘I believe that when a child like Shay, who was mentally and physically disabled comes into the world, an opportunity to realize true human nature presents itself, and it comes in the way other people treat that child.’

Then he told the following story:

Shay and I had walked past a park where some boys Shay knew were playing baseball. Shay asked, ‘Do you think they’ll let me play?’ I knew that most of the boys would not want someone like Shay on their team, but as a father I also understood that if my son were allowed to play, it would give him a much-needed sense of belonging and some confidence to be accepted by others in spite of his handicaps.

I approached one of the boys on the field and asked (not expecting much) if Shay could play. The boy looked around for guidance and said, ‘We’re losing by six runs and the game is in the eighth inning. I guess he can be on our team and we’ll try to put him in to bat in the ninth inning..’

Shay struggled over to the team’s bench and, with a broad smile, put on a team shirt.. I watched with a small tear in my eye and warmth in my heart. The boys saw my joy at my son being accepted. In the bottom of the eighth inning, Shay’s team scored a few runs but was still behind by three.

In the top of the ninth inning, Shay put on a glove and played in the right field. Even though no hits came his way, he was obviously ecstatic just to be in the game and on the field, grinning from ear to ear as I waved to him from the stands.

In the bottom of the ninth inning, Shay’s team scored again.

Now, with two outs and the bases loaded, the potential winning run was on base and Shay was scheduled to be next at bat.

At this juncture, do they let Shay bat and give away their chance to win the game?

Surprisingly, Shay was given the bat. Everyone knew that a hit was all but impossible because Shay didn’t even know how to hold the bat properly, much less connect with the ball. However, as Shay stepped up to the Plate, the pitcher, recognizing that the other team was putting winning aside for this moment in Shay’s life, moved in a few steps to lob the ball in softly so Shay could at least make contact.

The first pitch came and Shay swung clumsily and missed.

The pitcher again took a few steps forward to toss the ball softly towards Shay. As the pitch came in, Shay swung at the ball and hit a slow ground ball right back to the pitcher.

The game would now be over. The pitcher picked up the soft grounder and could have easily thrown the ball to the first baseman. Shay would have been out and that would have been the end of the game..

Instead, the pitcher threw the ball right over the first baseman’s head, out of reach of all team mates.

Everyone from the stands and both teams started yelling, ‘Shay, run to first! Run to first!’

Never in his life had Shay ever run that far, but he made it to first base. He scampered down the baseline, wide-eyed and startled.

Everyone yelled, ‘Run to second, run to second!’

Catching his breath, Shay awkwardly ran towards second, gleaming and struggling to make it to the base.

By the time Shay rounded towards second base, the right fielder had the ball . The smallest guy on their team who now had his first chance to be the hero for his team.

He could have thrown the ball to the second-baseman for the tag, but he understood the pitcher’s intentions so he, too, intentionally threw the ball high and far over the third-baseman’s head.

Shay ran toward third base deliriously as the runners ahead of him circled the bases toward home.

All were screaming, ‘Shay, Shay, Shay, all the Way Shay’ Shay reached third base because the opposing shortstop ran to help him by turning him in the direction of third base, and shouted, ‘Run to third!

Shay, run to third!’

As Shay rounded third, the boys from both teams, and the spectators, were on their feet screaming, ‘Shay, run home! Run home!’

Shay ran to home, stepped on the plate, and was cheered as the hero who hit the grand slam and won the game for his team.

‘That day’, said the father softly with tears now rolling down his face, ‘the boys from both teams helped bring a piece of true love and humanity into this world’.

Shay didn’t make it to another summer. He died that winter, having never forgotten being the hero and making me so happy, and coming home and seeing his Mother tearfully embrace her little hero of the day!

AND NOW A LITTLE FOOT NOTE TO THIS STORY:

We all send thousands of jokes through the e-mail without a second thought, but when it comes to sending messages about life choices, people hesitate.

The crude, vulgar, and often obscene pass freely through cyberspace, but public discussion about decency is too often suppressed in our schools and workplaces.

If you’re thinking about forwarding this message, chances are that you’re probably sorting out the people in your address book who aren’t the ‘appropriate’ ones to receive this type of message Well, the person who sent you this believes that we all can make a difference. We all have thousands of opportunities every single day to help realize the ‘natural order of things.’

So many seemingly trivial interactions between two people present us with a choice: Do we pass along a little spark of love and humanity or do we pass up those opportunities and leave the world a little bit colder in the process?

A wise man once said every society is judged by how it treats it’s least fortunate amongst them.

Follow-up of Improper Use of BC

You may recall earlier this year we got into the improper use of a birth certificate and bringing this to the attention of the Registrar General pursuant to section 53.1 (1) of the Ontario Vital Statistics Act

53.1    (1)  If the Registrar General considers it necessary to verify information or to determine if any document issued or that may be issued under this Act is being, or may be, improperly used, the Registrar General shall collect, directly or indirectly, such information as he or she considers necessary from such persons and institutions as he or she considers appropriate. 2001, c. 21, s. 12.

I have been pursuing this avenue to see where it goes and today mailed the third letter. I did receive a reply to my first letter which was a typical form letter that did not mention the issue raised and there was no response to the second such letter.

I mentioned in the second letter who but me would have knowledge of improper use and still no response so I addressed that by including the following in the third letter and opportunity to cure;

Nevertheless, this is to let you know that a record of these non-responses has been recorded and may be used as evidence in other matters and furthermore, any and all claims of any sort that involve the name appearing on the Birth Certificate may be forwarded to your Office to deal with.

You can see by this process I have done all I can do and so if there is no response to the 3rd letter the ORG should, by its failure to perform as per the authorization in the Vital Statistics Act to investigate the allegation of improper use, not be surprised to receive claims against the name of a BC.  Obviously if they do not want to receive such claims the Registrar General should investigate is what I am saying.

I am not saying but I think when we send letters and requests we must be prepared that we need to send at least 3 letters so as to achieve strike 3. I think many people do not do this and that may in part be why nothing is accomplished. It may be they wait to see how far we will go and it may be the third letter is when you are taken seriously. Finish what you begin.

I have also been sending letters to the Minister of Transportation concerning my inherent right to use the roads free of license (currently under suspension/alleged to be a privilege) and included a notice renouncing and waiving any and all rights and privileges conferred by or on behalf of Her Majesty that may be believed or deemed I receive the benefit of. Although I have not received a reply to the first letter, it seems to have had an effect which I shall not get into here what. I requested documentation that recognizes/acknowledges my right to use the highways free of license. The purpose of course to show law enforcement folks. I believe that the BC is that documentation but as we know, the enforcers of the highway traffic act do not see it that way and is another reason for letter to the ORG concerning improper use of the BC.

Charges for rights and privileges

19.1 The Governor in Council may, on the recommendation of the Treasury Board, (a) by regulation prescribe the fees or charges to be paid for a right or privilege conferred by or on behalf of Her Majesty in right of Canada, by means of a licence, permit or other authorization, by the persons or classes of persons on whom the right or privilege is conferred; or (b) authorize the appropriate Minister to prescribe by order those fees or charges, subject to such terms and conditions as may be specified by the Governor in Council. 1991, c. 24, s. 6.

Note what is said there and the permissive nature of the issues. As we know, authorization conferred can be withdrawn and in all cases, the one permitted or believed to have received permission (a benefit) is subject to a higher authority, the grantor of the benefit.

A wonderful truth is that Her Majesty has not honoured Her promises as per the Universal Declaration of Human Rights or International Covenants or Bill of rights regarding “the securing of their universal and effective recognition and observance”.

That is in reference to human rights and freedoms and had Her Majesty honoured Her promises made long ago, all humans would be knowledgeable of the human rights and freedoms which would of course include the enforcers of the law. To put in bluntly, the world would be a different place had the promises been honoured.

What I am saying here is that due the fact of the lack of teaching and educating and promoting of human rights and freedoms, we did things we would not likely have done otherwise one of which is apply for a driver license. As humans we have the right to use the highways free of license but we were all led to believe otherwise. The enforcers of the law being humans are also for the same reasons ignorant of their human rights and freedoms and the result is, they seem to figure all of us like them are subject to Her Majesty.

It is in the humans rights documents:

Article 30.

• Nothing in this Declaration may be interpreted as implying for any State, group or person any right to engage in any activity or to perform any act aimed at the destruction of any of the rights and freedoms set forth herein.

Leading us to believe we need a license to use the roads, and not teaching everyone about human rights and freedoms, has resulted and does result in continued activity aimed at the destruction of our rights.

So we see that unless we seek the answers and claim and assert our human rights and freedoms we will not have them.

A bottom line is because we were not taught or educated about and human rights and freedoms and same are not being promoted, anything we did that has had a negative effect on our rights and freedom can be undone.

In other words, if the government was to say, you signed up now honour your obligation, we can say the same about Her Majesty. She signed up to teach and educate and promote human rights and freedoms before most of us were born into this world and if she had we would not have signed up. So if they want to hold us to our obligations we can hold Her Majesty to hers and who breached first? A way of leveling the playing field if you get what is said here.

Guarantee or indemnity authorized

22. (1) The Lieutenant Governor in Council may by order authorize the Minister of Finance, on behalf of Ontario, to agree to guarantee or indemnify the debts, obligations, securities or undertakings of any person. 1991, c. 55, s. 9; 1994, c. 17, s. 62 (2).

As mentioned previously, the government is not going to cover you for your wants and needs and so the person mentioned in that section of the Act is a legal person.

This is to let you know that with our unalienable-intrinsic human rights and freedoms in mind and knowing that they are in fact intact (we just need to understand, claim, and assert them that are binding on Her Majesty), I am working on documentation that will be shared so those who understand the content can take the initiative to free themselves of guaranteeing or indemnifying the legal person and other benefits………There is in fact provincial legislation in which is the following: “inherent dignity and the equal and inalienable rights of all members of the human family”.

As there are many assumptions and deemed this and deemed that going on out there it is also necessary to remove certain of those from the minds of the enforcers. That too will form part of the documentation that will be shared. A gathering will be had in the next few weeks or so we can take a day to go over the documentation for your understanding. For those who cannot for whatever reason make the meeting a conference call will be held in lieu of attending the said gathering.

It is recommended that people attend the gathering as it is much easier to make clear certain issues of importance and the function of the documentation but nevertheless, no one will be shut out. If one does not join the gathering or partake in the call I would say use of the documentation will bear little fruit but hey, I do not know what you know.

Details regarding the meeting and the time and location (near Toronto Ontario) will be provided when settled. Same goes for a conference call.

Pass-over

This may be a plausible explanation for the term pass-over.

Firstly, as for the word person, from what I gather, association of the word person with you is to reduce ones status from the highest to lesser than.

Blacks 4th page 1300, person, a person is such, not because he is human, but because rights and duties have been ascribed to him. The person is the legal subject or substance of which rights and duties are attributes.

It is the later sentence The person is the legal subject or substance of which rights and duties are attributes that is of initial interest.

What do they mean legal subject or substance and the answer is simple, they do not mean human or man as such is not a legal subject or legal substance. However, the legal name is because it is that what is recognized in law, legal land. Salmond puts it this way, when the law creates a legal person it personifies a real thing. The thing personified may be termed the corpus of the legal person so created.

We men and women are not creations of the law thus not the corpus of the legal person. That is unless we appear as a legal person.

Furthermore, with the rights and duties thing in mind is this from the same page in Blacks; an individual human being considered as having such attributes is what lawyers call natural persons.

The only term that you are free of the legal rights and duties is to be a human or man or woman.

Any other status is lower in status. So unless a law speaks to human or men it does not apply to or should I say, is not meant that it shall apply to humans. They never do but it can appear that they do, the exception being laws/declarations/covenants concerning human rights.

Registration of birth is of a life event, a human, and that is what you are and that document is legal proof that is what you are.

Now when the law creates a legal person it does so by personifying a real thing, but again, the real thing the law sees is that name that is recognized in law. You need to comprehend that.

This means then that the personality is one thing and the real thing it is attributed to is another thing. A personality must be attributed to something. The term tenant will in my case be attributed to BVR if there is a landlord tenant lease. This is why they need us to be the name, in my case for me to say, I am BVR or to act like I am the tenant.

Therefore we can see it as this: The tenant is BVR and BVR is of a Statement of Birth (SOB).

The combination of tenant and BVR is the legal person.

Here is how i see what is going on, The tenant is BVR and as BVR I am stuck with the liability of the tenant.

Here is where I see the passover,  The tenant is BVR and BVR is of a birth registration/Statement of Birth (SOB).

So long as I am not in the picture, the liability of the tenant passes over me to the holder of the SOB. It is when an individual appears as the tenant or says I am BVR that the liability of the tenant, a fiction, stops at the individual. Interestingly, the term ‘individual’ means natural person. So you see that by appearing as a tenant one is no longer a man but a natural person with rights and duties.

So yes, natural persons have rights and duties ascribed to him. But, as per human rights and freedoms documents such as the Charter and Declaration of Human Rights, you have the right to be a man who is a man. That is to say, not recognized as a person before the law, hence the passing over your head of the liability of the personality, e.g. tenant, driver, tax payer, citizen, subject.

When you are not a person, no rights or duties are attributable to you and therefore the liability of the tenant must pass-over you to the holder of the SOB as there is no other place to go for performance.

Interesting that it is indicated in Blacks on page 1300 that children are not persons but infants and that there are humans who are not persons thus have no rights or duties attributed to them.
